I acquired this house in September 2019 I have been working on it since and continue to work on it... it was supposed to be a project home that I planned on finishing out my life in however my life has gone a different way now and ive decided to sell it "as is"... I have done alot to this house... I fixed the basement and its now got a 12inch thick waterproof wall... I have fixed and installed a new metal roof...
