We are looking to sublet this duplex unit March 1st. We can do sooner if necessary. All utilities included in rent of $1300. It is close to downtown Loveland, and although it is on Cleveland and Eisenhower it is tucked back in an alley so it still feels secluded. The lease goes through June. We will cover half the deposit $650. We will cover the whole pet deposit of $600 if interested party has pets. There is a private fenced yard. All utilities work very well. For an additional $75 a month there is a detached garage to use for storage. Management will require a credit check and previous landlord references for anyone who applies. We will have an open house to view the property on the 21st and 22nd from 1-3. If these times do not work we can work out alternative times for a tour.
