It features central heat and air, tile and wood flooring, new wood blinds and has a good deal of closet space. We require renters insurance. We do not accept HUD or housing vouchers. We may accept small pets if they have been vaccinated and spayed/neutered. There is a one time pet fee of $400 per animal that is non refundable. We do not allow smoking. The apartment also includes a stove, refrigerator, and new central heat and air. The apartment is all electric - so the tenant is responsible for water and electricity only. This apartment does not have laundry connections but there is a nice laundromat less than two blocks away. The entire property is fenced. The best way to see this property is to fill out an application through Zillow to be prequalified. Any adult over 18 must fill out their own application. We check criminal background, credit score and past rental history. The monthly rent is $850 and the deposit is $750. Lease term is one year.
