Tenant shall not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any part of the Premises or knowingly permit others to do so. -Odors, Smoke, and Stains Tenant shall take reasonable steps to prevent and promptly remedy foul, persistent, or offensive odors, including those resulting from cooking practices, smoking, or other lifestyle habits. Tenant shall also be responsible for preventing and remedying stains, discoloration, or damage caused by such activities. If odors or stains arise that require professional cleaning, deodorizing, or repair, Landlord may arrange such services and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all reasonable costs incurred. -Repairs and Notice Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any condition requiring repair or maintenance. Tenant shall not undertake repairs or alterations without Landlord's prior written consent, except in cases of emergency where immediate action is necessary to protect persons or property. -Move-Out Condition Upon termination of the tenancy, Tenant shall return the Premises in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Any costs incurred by Landlord to remove odors, stains, or damage beyond normal wear and tear shall be charged to Tenant and may be deducted from the security deposit.
