No utilities, 1st month & security deposit due at signing. The apartment is an open dining/living room with a fully appointed kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances (+ Gas stove/oven). Off the hallway are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Bathroom was recently redone and looks amazing! The larger room measures 14x20, has a 10ft closet + an internal rack and shelving - A LOT of space. The smaller room is 15x13 and has a closet as well. Ceiling Fan in Master bedroom & AC unit in other make custom comfort and temps possible! The place is pretty nice, not a typical neutral rental unit.
