Our complex has it all including a brand new pool, marina, clubhouse, we have a private boat slip at no additional charge. Freshly painted and nicely decorated! Activities, Charters, Shopping and Restaurants all very close and many in walking distance. Rent of 6500.00 is high season, lower rates for off season. Our complex does not allow pets and we have a strict no smoking policy.
