We will be away for 7 months. The house is in the Ladue school district, close to Ladue High School. 15 minutes from airport. 2 minutes to highway 40. We need tenants to take care of a cat, which is why the rent is significantly reduced. Cat related expense will be paid by us. The house is fully furnished, but tenants can certainly use their own. Tenants pay electric and gas.
