Sleeping Arrangements: All bedrooms include 50" Smart TVs, Helix mattresses, and California Design Den bedding. Primary Loft: 1 King bed + 1 Queen sofa bed First-Floor Bedroom: 1 King bed Living Room: 2 Twin sleeper chairs + 75" 4K Smart TV Key Amenities: Parking: Attached garage with 1 dedicated space Laundry: In-unit washer/dryer with detergent Entertainment: Smart TVs throughout; Scrabble and Dominos provided Guest Access: Entry is via a smart lock. Check-in details and your code will be sent the morning of arrival after completing the required check-in form. NoiseAware monitors noise levels only (no audio recording) to ensure respectful use and detect fire alarms. Additional Notes: Please review the full listing before booking. After reserving, you must complete and sign the check-in form (ID upload, selfie verification, and house rule agreement). Access codes are only issued once this is complete. Two exterior security cameras: doorbell and garage. Reservations may be terminated mid-stay for violation of house rules.
