Available March 1. Please email me about yourself. (If I leave my number here, I get too many calls from agents, but I'm happy to call you back if you ask.) This is a ROOMY 1 bedroom, same square footage as most 2 bedrooms, if you like that light, open, sunny feel. There may be slightly cheaper places out there, (until the landlord raises your rent in September, which I do not do on good tenants) and this place does not have the "stainless steel" features of the new (soul-less?;) construction in town, but rather the quality of a slightly quirky, well-cared for antique that feels like a true "home". The 2 other apartments in the building are occupied by respectful, friendly professionals. It is a mostly owner-occupied, quiet, residential neighborhood. Only a few minutes walk to the T (Orange line or 39 bus), Jamaica Pond and the Arboretum, and downtown JP. Great for bikes! The Southwest corridor bike path, leading all the way to downtown Boston, is right at the end of the street. There's laundry right in the hall and a cute front porch and small back yard to enjoy the outdoors. I'm looking for mature folks who will respect others and the property. Being friendly and community oriented is a big plus. No fee and no last month's rent. Just 1st month and security deposit upon signing lease. Rent is "actually" $2150, but reflects a $50 discount for the duty of taking garbage and recycle to the curb each week. (Add $50 if you don't want to do that.) I'll ponder cats and dogs with some conversation about your pet ownership habits... Credit and reference check will be done on final candidate.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
