Minutes walk to JP cafes, stores, restaurants, Pond and Arboretum. I'm looking for an easy-going, quiet, respectful, community oriented person who will care for this antique apartment as if it were their own. (Not dragging furniture across hardwood floors, etc.) Reference, salary and credit check will be done upon the final candidate. No undergrads, pets, amplified instruments, horns or drums.
