The fenced-in backyard features a cozy fire pit, and is dog-friendly. Rent does not include utilities such as internet, water, garbage & recycling collection, electricity, and gas. These costs typically total $200-300/month. We prefer a minimum one year lease for our tenants. Dogs are allowed, with a refundable security deposit of $200. Cats are not allowed. The property only has a space for one mid-sized (or smaller) vehicle. Additional vehicles (or larger ones) should be parked on Mistletoe Ave. Your security deposit will be refunded to you following the termination of your lease and an inspection of the house to confirm no damages have occurred. Smoking is not allowed inside of the house. Any cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of. Pet waste in the yard must also be regularly picked up and disposed of.
