This is a family home that we never lived in. My Dad lived in this home from the time it was built until he had to go to a nursing home in Nov of 2024. Telling you what we know about this house as best as we can. The main bath needs a repair on the wall where Dad fell into it. The carpet needs replaced in the bedrooms, as you go downstairs the wall needs repair, Dad Fell and took the railing with him. The attic fan works great, It has a nest thermostat, The deck needs boards replaced, Some have been, but not all. Look at the pics you can see what needs repairs, The living room halls and master bedroom has been painted in last few years. Carpet on stairs and flooring in living room and hallway are less then 2 years old. The counter tops in the kitchen are corian (i am pretty sure) Stove, fridge, and dishwasher all work, they are older appliances. Laundry room needs paint, and tidied up. The Fridge in the laundry room is set up for the keg that goes to the family room Tap. There was a leak on the back wall of the garage, We pulled the bushes from out back, filled with dirt and not a leak for 5 years now. The fireplace insert works great, less than 3 years old. The furnace and A/C unit all works great. Dad lived happy in the home but as his health declined so did his upkeep of the house. The roof was replaced 2 years ago as well. The back yard is fenced and has a shed as well, Some landscaping has been done but needs tidy up. We are selling this home AS IS. We will not repair or fix any thing. We are willing to work with anyone who is interested in the house. We live quit a ways from Blue Springs and we do not wish to keep this house. We would love to see it go to someone who will update it and enjoy it for years to come. We will gladly show this home to anyone who would like to tour it. If you would like to have a home inspection, You are more than welcome, Power, gas and water are all on. You will pay for the inspection if you wish to have one.
