All utilities are included in the rent including WIFI. A coin-operated washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Other supplies provided include cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. Current residents are various ages and genders and have varied occupations. Some of the pictures here are older, but the house and room look very much the same. 6 month lease required. $75 move-in fee, $125 cleaning deposit, and $56 background check required. No animals. No smoking inside. No drugs or alcohol. No overnight guests. No prior evictions. Must have verifiable source of income sufficient to more than cover the rent. We do not accept reusable or portable tenant screening reports.
