Common areas include a furnished living room with a TV, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, and laundry area. All utilities are included in the rent including WIFI. Cable TV is available in your room for an additional $20/month. A coin-operated washer & dryer are provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Other supplies provided include cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc. Current residents are various ages and genders and have varied occupations. 6 month lease required. $75 move-in fee, $125 cleaning deposit, and $56 background check required. No animals. No smoking inside. No drugs or alcohol. No overnight guests. No prior evictions. Must have verifiable source of income sufficient to more than cover the rent. We do not accept reusable or portable tenant screening reports.
