Maximum tenant occupancy of property is 5 and maximum number of tenant vehicles allowed on property is 3. Maximum number of days allowed for guests is 14 days. If later than 14 days, this must be expressly communicated to landlord. Tenant(s) will be responsible for maintaining lawn throughout term of lease.
