The house located on a large, three unit gated property in the Golden Gate neighborhood in Oakland/Emeryville, with big yard space, ample street parking, and laundry on site. The room is mid-sized and has closet space, wall shelving, and one window, which faces east. The two of us (f/late 20s) tend to be pretty busy with our own schedules, but we keep a warm social vibe in / around the apartment and sometimes share dinners or watch movies together. We live with a cat and often have a small dog in the home as well, both very friendly and mellow. There are 5 other neighbors on the property, who we share and maintain garden space with. No smoking inside, no additional pets, and no couples pls! Rent is $630/month plus utilities (~$100), with a $1,100 deposit. Our lower unit splits the cost of household supplies, which are typically around $10/month.
