    Very nice studio one block from campus on a quiet street. The studio has hardwood floors, washer/dryer is in the unit, working fire place, double pane efficiency windows, heat and air and a nice kitchen. This is a great area that is close to campus, downtown and the Publix by campus. I was a student at UF many years ago and have had good and bad landlords. I know what it takes to be one of the good ones and potential tenants are welcome to talk to any of my tenants to confirm this. I suggest you do so wherever you decide to rent Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric. I also get last month of the lease meaning July 2023( last month to be determined by tenant). I know that is a lot of money so I let people pay it over 3 or 4 months starting the month after you move in. You are welcome to pay all at once but you are also welcome to spread it out.
