The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking essentials, a gas stovetop, microwave, generous cabinet space, and a lovely view of the backyard roses. A Nespresso machine with coffee pods is provided, along with a picnic basket for enjoying the surrounding wine country. Just beyond the kitchen is a practical office nook with additional storage and a door leading directly to the backyard. The ground floor also includes a washer and dryer and a distinctive half bath with red walls and Parisian-inspired decor. Rental Rates & Terms Monthly rent varies based on the length of stay: * 1 - 2 months: $5,000 per month * 3 - 5 months: $4,800 per month * 6 months or longer: $4,600 per month Utilities For a 1 - 2months lease, all utilities are included in the rent. For leases longer than 2 months, tenants are responsible for water, garbage, electricity, and gas. The property is equipped with solar panels. Electricity is charged at $25 per month when consumption is fully covered by solar production. Any electricity usage exceeding solar production will be charged separately. No smoking allowed.
