The half bathroom downstairs is great for any guests staying downstairs. Full washer and dryer installed in unit. AC / Heat unit installed on each floor to help control temperature in each level. Upstairs the master bathroom is extra spacious and fully equipped with Turkish towel linens, a hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling in Travertino tiles. The large window allows an abundance of natural light into the room and double doors open up onto a sitting covered deck in the arms of an old oak tree overlooking the neighborhood of Carolina Place. An outdoor shower at the side of the building offers sweet summer rinse offs after the beach!
