Gardner is approx. 70 southwest of Chicago. Gardner has a population of 1,500, and has both a K-8 and H.S. **We are looking for CLEAN and FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE tenants. Due to unfortunate problems in the past this is a non-smoking property. This means NO SMOKING on the entire premises (including yard), NO EXCEPTIONS. This is not a "pet friendly" property as Zillow/Trulia/HotPads lists. These sites require that you check off something. ** We may consider allowing a mellow pet, but any decision about allowing a pet will be on a case by case basis only. If allowed, an additional pet deposit/fee will be required. -Home was heavily renovated in 2014. House has an unfinished basement with washer/dryer, a freestanding shower, sink, vanity & mirror (not counted as a second bathroom), and plenty of additional open storage space . There is a detached 1-car garage available for vehicle use during late fall, winter and early spring spring months (negotiable, discuss w/landlord). Garage is available for storage/workshop use entire duration of lease. The driveway along side of home will accommodate two vehicles parked tandem and there is an off-street parking spot in front of the home as well. There is a spacious backyard.
