Lease Terms for Short-Term Rental 1-3 or more weeks Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on [Start Date] and terminate on [End Date], unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing. $780 Week with discounts offered for lengthier stays $160 Cleaning fee 15% Discount if booking 2+ weeks Rent: The rent for the rental property shall be $700 per week. Fees are due in full priot to check-in. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 shall be required upon check-in. The security deposit shall be refunded within 7 days of the tenant vacating the property, provided there are no damages or unpaid rent. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, drug use, and parties are strictly prohibited within the rental property. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Rules and Regulations: The tenant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the property, including noise ordinances, parking restrictions, and pool or spa rules. Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant shall report any maintenance or repair issues to the landlord promptly. The landlord shall address such issues in a timely manner. Utilities: Included Check-In and Check-Out: The tenant shall check in when convenient on the start date and check out by 11 am on the end date. Default: If the tenant fails to pay rent, violates any of the short term rental terms, or causes damage to the property, the landlord may terminate the the agreement immediately and reclaim the property.
