The room for rent is downstairs, where you will share the bathroom and kitchen with one other person. The space also includes a garage for additional storage or outdoor equipment, bikes, etc. There is also a private hot tub available for use. Lease needs to be at least 1 year, but we can be flexible past that. Gas and electric are the only utilities that will need to be paid outside of rent, trash, internet, water, etc. are included. Parking is free on the street, and we have never had any issues with it. The ev charger can be used, but will need to be shared. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but is fine outside.
