Long term (3.5 months or more) rental only: Two second floor bedrooms in a 3 bedroom house are each separately for rent. One bedroom has an attached bathroom. The other bedroom is larger, but its bathroom is downstairs. Rental for each is $2400. We live on the main floor. Our modern home is ideally located a short walk from the University of Colorado, Chautauqua Park, and Pearl Street Mall, in the desirable Chautauqua Neighborhood. This architect-designed house has a recreation room with treadmill, Nordic track, rowing machine, and Zero Runner, and the fenced backyard has a nice hot tub and a Bar-b-Que. These are all available to renters. The house will be available from May 10. Please note this can be a summer rental, or semester rental, or longer, it does not have to be 6 months. We will do summer, fall, and spring rentals for Univ. of Colorado faculty, staff, or students. Longer term is possible. You should have references or evidence that you will be careful renters. There are two bedrooms for lease. Owners pay for water. Electricity and gas are due monthly. Property available from May 2026 onwards.
