This single family home was built by my grandfather at the end of WWII. It was featured in the novel DAD by William Wharton which was made into a file (same title) with Ted Danson, Jack Lemon and Olympia Dukakis. Interior spaces are relatively small, but the living room gives onto the inner courtyard which is an extension of the living space. Tenant responsible for all utilities and basic maintenance. Owner responsible for gardener.
