Hello. I am living in this property on the top floor! I have a full private furnished bedroom with its own bathroom on the same floor. The rest of the home is completely open and accessible! I do ask that tenants not go into the top floor of the residence as it is my bedroom/bathroom and pet area. (I have two cats but they do not go into the rental rooms and bathroom.) I also ask that anywhere in the home I have curtained off, no one go inside. I work night shifts right now 630 pm to 0500 am but usually have my phone on me to answer texts/calls. I am asking $1000 a month for rent/bills all in one plus a security deposit of $500 that will be returned in full on end of contract if there are no damages or fixes that need to be done in the rental room/bathroom. I prefer to go through PayPal for all transactions and ask that tenants pay for the background check through furnished finder. If you have any questions, please let me know! I look forward to hearing back from you! I am offering 6-24 month leases at this time. Your monthly rent covers all costs of bills and utilities for the rented space. No smoking, including vaping, is allowed inside the residence but you are more than welcome to smoke outdoors. There is a front and back porch with more than enough room to be in a covered location to smoke. I ask that you do pick up your cigarettes' and dispose of them properly seeing as the HOA in the area could issue fines which you will be held liable for. The driveway is shared and I ask that you park on the furthest right side to have plenty of room for your vehicle. All fine details will be labeled in a legal rental contract provided to you upon agreement of a lease term.
