Shared Spaces: There are two kitchens in the house with one on the main level and another on the lower level that are shared with everyone. There is a dinging table in the kitchen on the main level and a shared living room on the main level as well. The backyard is spacious with a sitting area and table. The owner also plans to put in a fire place in the backyard. Parking: Street parking available and 2 garage stops open for an additional $100 a month. House Dynamic: The owner lives in one of the bedrooms in the basement and is a young working professional in there 20s who loves the outdoors and traveling. Everyone is clean and respectful of each other and picks up after themselves. 12 Month Lease with option to renew at end of lease. No smoking allowed.
