We are a short walk from Safeway, 7-Eleven, Bank of America, Target, Arismendi Bakery, Subway, Wing Stop, Panda Express, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, International House of Pancakes, and many restaurants including Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, etc. We prefer a year lease, however we are happy to accommodate short-term tenants for an additional charge.
