The rent is your entire housing cost because utilities are included. The location is excellent. Easy access to San Francisco, downtown Berkeley, Berkeley City College, U.C. Berkeley, West Berkeley, National Holistic Institute, downtown Oakland, and other East Bay points. A free shuttle takes you to the MacArthur BART station, eight blocks away. The local bus stop (AC Transit 72) is one block away. The F bus, which circumnavigates the U.C. Berkeley campus stops one block away. Frequent AC Transit buses go to San Francisco and the Trans Bay Terminal. You can easily walk to Safeway, The Oaks Club, Arismendi Bakery, Bank of America, CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, Panda Express, and Starbucks.
