I rehabbed this apartment when I bought the property and it has been my personal apartment for the last 18 months. Off street parking, quiet, cozy, and I will even throw in weekly cleaning if you would like! All utilities and internet are included (up to $200/per month). These rental is to act as a short-term rental. I usually only do 1-3 months at a time, but I will do longer and give a rent discount the longer you stay.
