This is a fully furnished - the only thing you will need to bring are your clothes and toiletries! I rehabbed this apartment when I bought the property. I wanted to make this apartment as nice as possible since it is unique! It is a small building, so it is private and you won't have any noisy neighbors upstairs, downstairs, or sharing your walls! All utilities and internet are included (up to $200/per month). These rental is to act as a short-term rental. I usually only do 1-3 months at a time, but I will do longer and give a rent discount the longer you stay.
