Living room and dining room have custom paint treatments that fit with the fun bungalow setting. Those rooms as well as the bedrooms are wood floors and bathrooms, like the kitchen, are tiled. The front deck is large and open and a great place for outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There is also a locked shed out back for bike and beach gear storage. The home is ideal for a couple, a smaller family, or someone looking for a little piece of eclectic beach style, perfectly planted a block from the Norfolk Ave Beach bike path, and just the right distance to avoid the tourist while being beach adjacent. Distances: Very very close to I-264 right off Birdneck. 3 min bike ride to the neighborhood watering hole and best baja-cali tacos in the area (Gringos taqueria, respectively).
