Basic Facts about the Mansion: *All the units include radiant heat (free-standing or wall-mounted radiators) powered by gas, H2O for 1 person, high-speed internet, keyed individual mailboxes located on the front porch, lawn care, snow removal, and common area utilities like lighting and electricity. *Coin-operated Laundromat in the basement (Huebsch Machines) 3 Washers and 4 Dryers. Basic Fact About Unit 105: *Available 6/1/2026 *1st floor unit *This unit has 1 big front-to-back closet. It is very tall. The average range is $35-$75/month for an apartment this size. Requirements to Rent an apartment in the Mansion: *Tenants must obtain renter's insurance plus liability insurance up to 100K. This is very standard in most rental policies. Usually, the premium is under $50/month. *This is a one-year lease. My default with no preferences is a 5/31 lease end date. *No-smoking building *Pet deposits are part of the security deposit *I have had dogs in the building over the years. This unit has original hardwood floors. If you want to try and convince me, I need to meet the dog and they need references from another building. They can't be a barker. I prefer they are not home alone all day in a crate. My tenants that have dogs work from home or the dog goes to doggie daycare. You can only have 1 dog. You can have up to two indoor cats. *I charge one monthly pet fee. If you have 2 pets, it is still $25/month. *1 parking space per tenant * My lease includes water for one; another resident is another $60/month. *The building is always a work in progress. We've owned it for over 30 years and it continues to get better. If you want it done right now, this is not the building for you. Our units are beautiful and unique, sometimes quirky. We are working on the exterior and the common areas. We live here too and our tenants always know where to find us. It is an awesome place to live for the right person who appreciates living in a piece of history. *Storage for bikes and grills on the premises *Available 6/1/2026 *1 year leases that come up May 31. *All apartments include high speed internet (FIOS), heat (Oct 15-May 15), and water. *Credit, Criminal and Eviction Background Check on all applicants. *1st month & 1 month Security Deposit to move-in. * Up to 2 indoor cats allowed plus $250 non-refundable pet fee plus $25/month and all animals must be up to date on vaccinations. *Heat and water are included for 1 person; $60 more/month for 2nd person. * Offstreet Parking included-non assigned spots.
