Don't miss your chance to live in a piece of history. Schedule your private tour today! I use Turbo Tenant to create my leases and do all of my tenant communications. This is a one- year lease, but you have the option to end it 5/31, 6/30, or 7/31. 1) This is a no-smoking building due to the historic significance of the building. 2) I include pet deposits as part of the security deposit, so pet deposits are not in addition to security deposits. 3) I have had dogs in the building over the years. This unit has original hardwood floors, so it is not a great candidate for dogs. If you want to try and convince me, I need to meet the dog and they need references from another building. They can't be a barker. I prefer they are not home alone all day in a crate. My tenants with dogs generally work from home or they are at doggie daycare. 4) I charge one monthly pet fee. If you have 2 pets, it is still $25/month. 5) You get the same number of parking spaces as you have tenants on the lease. If you are 1 tenant with a car and a motorcycle, you have to find another place for the bike or the car. 6) My lease includes water for one; another resident is another $50/month. 7) The building is always a work in progress. We've owned it for over 30 years and it continues to get better. If you want it done right now, this is not the building for you. Our units are beautiful and unique, sometimes quirky. We are working on the exterior and the common areas. We live here too and our tenants always know where to find us. It is an awesome place to live for the right person who appreciates living in a piece of history.
