Details Sleeping Accommodations: Bedroom 1: King bed (Sleeps 2) En-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo Bedroom 2: Two full beds (Sleeps 4) En-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo Living Room: One full-size blow-up mattress (Sleeps 1) Features: -Ground floor unit (no stairs!) -Private patio off the living room -Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, serving dishes, utensils -Appliances: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig (k-cups), Mr. Coffee (carafe), blender, toaster -Dining area: Bar stool seating + dining table for 2 -Living Room: Large wall-mounted flat screen TV -Laundry: Stacked washer & dryer in-unit Extras Provided -High chair -Pack n' Play -Iron & ironing board -DVD player -Board games -Beach toys -2 Pickleball paddles + balls -4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, wagon, and beach towels Outdoor Amenities -Private, lighted pickleball and tennis courts -2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally: Thanksgiving week and Christmas through mid-April) -Shuffleboard & cornhole -Charcoal BBQ grillss -Bike racks -On-site rentals: Bikes, kayaks, and golf carts (booking ahead recommended) Beach Access Our beach access is a quick, direct walk (just 100 yards!) down a quiet neighborhood road no busy crossings. For added convenience, enjoy our complimentary Beach Trolley service, available daily from 9am 4:30pm (mid-March to end of October) exclusively for guests. Our family uses it daily to transport food, beach gear, and toys right from our front door to the sand! No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the condo. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,500 fee. No pets are permitted in the unit due to serious family health concerns. Bringing a pet into the condo will result in a $1,500 fee. Biweekly professional cleaning is required throughout your stay. We will coordinate the cleanings; the cost is $180 per visit, paid by the renter. Last month's rent is due at lease signing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all guests.
