There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but there is no parking available, other than for bicycles. Port Property: The Port Property Beach Access is located about 0.2 miles (about a 4-minute walk) West of the home. This beach access is completely undeveloped. Walton Dunes: The Walton Dunes Beach Access is another, nearby, quiet, beach access. This access only has a few roadside parking spots available, and not much else. However, there is a very convenient Public Parking Lot 0.6 miles (about a 12-minute walk) from the home, and only a 3-minute (0.2 mile) walk to the Beach Access. Eastern Lake: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the other side of Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes in South Walton, about 1.3 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the home. This access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Community Pool: The Community of Beachside offers TWO seasonally-heated community pools! The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, about 150 feet east from the front door (less than a one minute-walk)! The second pool is about a tenth of a mile (roughly a 2-minute walk) from the unit.
