Cozy home with antique features, it has a rustic feel with all the pine. It has a large backyard and is in a quiet neighborhood. There's central heating and forced air, and a washer/dryer unit. New roof in 2025, and new water heater in 2024. Within walking distance of downtown and the school, this home is really in a great location. It's not far from alexandria, and the roads are well maintained in the winter. I'm looking to rent the house so I can move for work. Renter is responsible for all utilities, will be repaid for repairs/emergency work, there will be a mower on site to manage the lawn. Smoking inside is not allowed; the porch is a good place year round. I am aware the floors are far from new, but with pets, I didn't see a reason to upgrade. I will be in Oregon, so communication will be mostly calls/text.
