One assigned parking in front of the TH with additional island parking. -Maximum 5 people. -Renter is responsible for water and sewer, electric and gas. -Last month's rent is due at signing. -No smoking allowed. -Washer and dryer available. Any repairs or replacement at Renters expense. -Pet Fee: Initial $200 non-refundable and additional $50 monthly pet payment will be added to the rental amount. Limited to one small dog (under 40 lbs). No other pets allowed. -Key Replacements: $10 per Key. -Rental Insurance is REQUIRED and responsibility of tenant; proof must be provided by electronic mail or USPS mail within 30 days of occupancy. -Minor Repairs under $100 are responsibility of tenant, unless otherwise agreed upon.
