A large townhouse in a village where all housing units appear different from each other. There is a high deck with the lake about 40 feet away. The master bedroom has view of the lake as the dinning room. The finished basement has a slider leading to the lake. Neighborhood Description A small village with a long winding road of close to one mile. The area is on uneven terrain with large space of manicured grounds in between the nearly 50 units. There are single families, townhouses and attached units. All are different inside and on the outside there are three distinct colors. To my knowledge this is one of a kind village. People tend to get to know each other after meeting at picnics and periodic dinners, including one or two progressive dinners a year. Focusing on the lake the neighbors appear to always be happy. A few owners own dogs and are seen parading through the open areas. There are about 10 units with the lake in the backyard. Our unit is the closest one. The lake is about 40 feet from the house. We hava a kayak which we keep below the deck and a pontoon boat kept in season at the pier. The lake is private and has an association. No speed boats are allowed.
