There is lots of storage with four closets. The only negative about the unit is that the living room is very close to the adjacent building so there is no overlook of the street. I have parking available for $350/mo. Utilites are not included. Budget about $200/mo for water, trash, PG&E, and internet combined. Also, I do not accept pets or smokers. Sorry.
