Few blocks from the park, bus stop across the street. Parks, swimming pool, volleyball ,tennis courts, Restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store all within walking distance. You don't need a car. Private parking in the back. Amazing yard to cook out in, and just hang out , and enjoy the weather. Only looking for people who care the way they live. Mary Ann I prefer the phone. We just put a new deck, new floors in the living space & tune up in the kitchen. Place looks amazing. Electric Fire place that heats for the winter. Huge walk in closet in hallway. Just put in a brand new dishwasher You pay electric and water.
