Amazing One bedroom in the middle of the city. You are two blocks from the park. The lighting in the apartment is sensational! I'm only looking for people who care the way they live. As far as animals we need to discuss. The apartment is on the2nd floor. As far as utilities everything is so insulated . Very Low! You have a beautiful yard to enjoy and cook out. We encourage everyone to enjoy the great space. I prefer the phone. You have everything you want and need two blocks over. Mary Ann I forgot to mention you have your own personal deck overlooks the city. As far as our park people come from all over to be there. Swimming pool, volley ball, basketball, tennis courts, doggy park, kids park, work out sections, concerts in the summer, working outside in the summer. So much fun, everyone is so friendly! One block over restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, local pub, you name it we have it. We are in the middle of the city, 10 minutes from everything.
