Unit includes 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one off the master bedroom), kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room (with utility sink). It is 5 minute walk downtown or to Capitol hill, near Swedish and Virginia Mason, directly on the #2 bus line, 5 minute walk to the store or street car. This building is incredibly quiet since it is all cement. Our 3rd floor corner unit has more than 1000 square feet, with big balconies off of the living room and both bedrooms. Custom-made, built-in bamboo Murphy bed in second room so that it can double as an office and guest room. Hardwood and tile floors, plenty of storage space including an entry coat closet and a hallway linen closet. Incredible year round swimming pool, outdoor garden and BBQ area, sauna, gym, bike storage, community room, and hobby room. Cats and smaller dogs welcome with extra deposit. Note, this condo has very strict rules, including that dogs must use the side door, not main lobby (muddy feet, I suppose), security rules, etc. Security and damage deposit is $1,000, plus a move-in fee paid to the condo management company.
