Renters are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the current condition. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the Property, its fixtures, or any provided furnishings caused by the Tenant and/or their guests. - The Renter acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the Property. The Landlord shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred by the Renter. - No smoking or vaping in or on property including balconies. - Renters may obtain renter's insurance to cover their personal property and liability during the term of the tenancy. - Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Landlord from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Renter's use or occupancy of the Property, any breach of this Agreement by the Renter, or any negligence or willful misconduct of the Renter or their guests.
