Very nice newly remodeled 2500 square foot Loft, with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd if you like of just another large room, the last picture is a diagram of the layout of the Loft and the office will no longer be there it will be one large bedroom or just another room based of the diagram hope this helps you figure out if you are interested or not. All bedrooms have walk in large closets except for one but it still is a large closet space There is a punch code system to enter into building for safty. Brand new wallside windows, very large newly customized remodeled kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, and bar table with all new granite and sink, large laundry room with new washing machine, large bathroom with double square sinks on a new Vanity with New Granite, new light fixtures, and mirrors, also new stand up shower, and toilet, also has a large pantry to store all toiletries and towels, toilet paper as well. Living quarters is very large as well with a nice size living room that can be split into a dining room. You can also see the river from your location. There is also a backyard area to go back to that is secure with a tall gated fence to either have a BBQ or just walk around, it takes a code to enter in. Tenant responsible for putting electricity & gas in their own name within first week of moving in. Water is paid for by landlord. If you want Internet it is tenants responsibility I suggest xfinity. No satellite dishes are allowed as well. Must put and replace laundry sink filter on hose every month to prevent back up or clogs so there is no over flowing with the washing machine, you may not wash cloths or run the dishwasher while not present at loft to prevent an overflow problem because it will leak to the second floor. You will have to put down $75 extra dollars during payment of deposit in case you break or loose any of the remotes for the fans that are there, you will receive it back once we know nothing was damaged and the remotes are all there. If you decide to have a dog it is a extra $25 a month plus $150 at time of deposit to clean floors when you move out. You must pay for a parking pass at the city office to park in the designated outside, and I suggest parking across the street by the military street Cafe when you know it's going to snow so you don't get plowed in when they clear the roads.
