The kitchen is on the east wall and raised by about 6 to 8 inches and fairly large, also a new dishwasher and fridge with freezer, there is a laundry room with new washer and dryer, central AC/HEAT, THE LIVING ROOM/ LIVING SPACE IS VERY LARGE and has a closet used for cleaning products, the master bedroom is very large with 2 walk in closets, the 2nd bedroom is around 12x12 or 14x14 with a closet, and the 3rd bedroom/office is about 10x10 and has a closet as well all of the bedrooms have new Plush carpeting, and the kitchen flooring is full of white cream tiles, the living space has brand new luxury vynel wood flooring. There are also fans everywhere except the one small bedroom/office. Lessee pays for water & sewage, City takes trash, Lessee pays for Utilities like electricity & gas, as well as cable/internet. There are no satellite dishes allowed.
