There is one driveway spot for the unit. - There is dedicated garage storage for bikes, kayaks, scooter, motorcycle etc, and wall shelving to increase storage. - The unit has an efficient gas furnace for heating - Washer and dryer is shared with the other unit in the walk in basement. - Large backyard that is a shared space, with many fruit trees. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable. Trader Joe's on Grand Ave is a 5 min bike ride away, and Farmer Joe's supermarket is a 5 min drive away. Walking steps lead up to the Park Blvd commercial district which is a less than 5 min walk. Easy access to JoaquinMiller park and the hiking trails on Skyline Blvd. Pets are ok.
