If you do smoke it will have to be outside. I do have a small dog and he would not do well with other dogs. It is a keyless entrance into the house, therefore, you will not have to worry about being locked out or keeping up with a key. You will have complete privacy. Duration for 3 months or longer. Prefer non-smoker and drinker. No pets allowed.
