    We recently listed our home, but these photos were posted by me several years ago for my fellow Eichler enthusiasts for their reference as respects our addition to the house, new landscaping and hardscaping. The addition is the room at the front of the house. It features its own entrance and full bath and works as a guest house, professional office, man room or nanny/in-law suite. By adding on as we did, we changed our home from a coutryard Eichler, to more of an atrium Eichler adding square footage, privacy and a very functional room. I'm posting these photos on Zillow as the on-line Eichler resource, www.eichlernetwork.com, doesn't have a photo section only a "rec room" where I could list the contractors I used. However, a picture is worth a thousand words as they say. Neighborhood Description I think this is the only suburb I could stand to live in after experiencing life in LA, SF, Philly and NYC. We have incredibly intelligent people from all over the world living here, most with small children and most with leading hi-tech firms such as Cisco, Apple, Intel and HP. The ethnic restaurants are awesome! The school scores just keep climbing (the elementary school really reflects this trend) as the houses are purchased by these super smart people. We also have a lovely local park, a new 12 acre organic farm and 3 pre-schools within the boundaries of the neiborhood. We are only a cul-de-sac of Eichlers, the rest of the neighborhood is comprised of conventional ranchers, many of which have been spiffed up and look great. The area is gentrifying in general. We are "walk or cycle to work" to the new Kaiser Hospital, the new Apple Campus, Vallco Mall and many other local employers. You're in the middle of everything but away from it all.
