We have a lovely downstairs area to rent. Plenty of privacy as well as your own bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. We are very welcoming people and very flexible as well, we are a young couple with a small dog. Utilities, water, gas, electricity, and trash are included in rent however Wifi and Cable is extra. First month and last month is what we use for the security deposit. Pets are allowed depending on size and breed, we do have a pet fee just because the basement is mostly carpet.
