Available May 1st or late April. We are looking for a like-minded roommate to rent a bedroom in our contemporary home located in West Parker (about 4 miles east of RidgeGate & I-25). The location is fantastic close to Denver Tech Center with quick highway access for an easy commute. Parker offers a lively downtown scene with summer concerts and a popular farmers market. The new development in Lone Tree is bringing even more dining, shopping, and entertainment to the area. Monk & Mongoose Coffee House is a new local favorite and a great neighborhood spot. There are also plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including hiking the Parker Incline and biking the area's extensive trail systems. Our home is clean, minimalistic, and respectful. We enjoy hanging out together but also value personal space. While we're happy to have friends over occasionally, this isn't a party house, and we're mindful of keeping things quiet in the evenings. It's overall a quiet household... A little about us: We've all lived together for the past three years and our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend. I work in finance and enjoy hiking, biking, snowboarding, working out, and traveling (I'm often away adventuring!). Brennan is an electrician who enjoys low-key weekends and watching sports. Dan works in financial services and, when he's not studying charts, you'll likely find him out riding bike trails on the nearby Cherry Creek Trails. Rent is $900/month plus shared utilities, which average about $85 per month. All common areas are fully furnished, and the neighborhood includes access to parks, clubhouse, and community pool.
